CALL YOUR STUDENTS!  If you are involved with a certain age group, they should all get a phone call at least once a week to find out how they are doing.  Here is an excel spreadsheet with all of their info, current as of 3.12.10:  click here

Roles Defined

Greeters - There will be one down by the glass door, and one inside the main door upstairs.  You simply welcome people by shaking their hand and give them a smile!

Snack Bar - Man your battle stations!  Make sure snacks are put out and be available for students to purchase drinks and snacks. 

Audio/Video - You run our sound and video for us.

Floaters - Your goal is to seek out those kids who are not talking to anyone, or may even be sitting by themselves.  You seek them out and talk to them, make them feel welcome!
